.ru, .рф, and .su domain verification
The Russian agency responsible for .ru domains obliges all .ru, .рф, and .su domain owners to verify domain ownership through their “Gosuslugi” portal by 1.9. In order to be able to verify, the domain owner must be a Russian company or a Russian person. If verification is not done by 1.9., we will not be able to renew the domain for the next term and it will expire at the end of the current contract term.

Scam messages on the move
In recent weeks, some of our customers have been sent scam messages by DMS Finland regarding domain renewal, even though the domain is maintained by us. The message asks them to pay an invoice in order for the domain to remain active. There is absolutely no need to pay this invoice.
We have also informed the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom about the scam messages.

The aws statistics (/plesk-stat) feature that worked in Plesk server environments will be removed on 30.4.2026
The feature will be removed due to its low use and outdated technology, which is why we would not be able to guarantee its operation in the future. As alternative statistics tools, we recommend e.g. Google analytics or similar 3rd party statistics tools.

Unjustified invoices from the years 2020-2022
Due to a system error with our invoicing partner, Finvoicer, paid invoices from the years 2020-2022 have been resent to our customers this week. If you have received such an invoice, you can disregard it, and no action is required regarding the invoice. We apologize for the extra trouble.

Traficom to increase renewal fees for .fi domains on 19.1.2026.
We are announcing a small price change by Traficom regarding the renewal of .fi domains. Due to increased registration fees, the annual renewal price for domains will increase by €3 per year, starting from the next renewal date.
Please note that we do not add our own margin to the price of domain names in order to keep prices as low as possible. The price changes made by Traficom are transferred directly to the registration fees. Thank you for your understanding.
